1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 777je platform, including the website accessible at 777je.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any future applications or services operated under the 777je brand. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity, including browsing game content, participating in promotional activities, or contacting customer support.

777je reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. Where material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform homepage and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 777je, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, to the extent such prohibition is inconsistent with your use of this platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 777je platform or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777je, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2.1 Age Verification

777je may request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Until age verification is completed to 777je's satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or place the account on hold. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the original deposit source, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Responsibility of Parents and Guardians

777je strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777je's services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested on the registration form.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. 777je reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it is discovered that false or incomplete information was provided during or after registration. This includes, but is not limited to, providing a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method details.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777je platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus credits, free spins, or promotional winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be permanently forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777je will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777je support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

777je player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) by default. Where players deposit in USDT, the equivalent BDT balance is displayed in the account wallet in real time based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. All wagering requirements, deposit limits, and withdrawal thresholds stated in these Terms or in promotional materials are expressed in BDT unless otherwise specified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777je supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the depositing player's own name. 777je does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). No platform fee is charged on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777je accepts no responsibility.

USDT deposits via TRC-20 typically credit to your 777je account within 5 minutes of blockchain confirmation. MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. 777je is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. You may be required to complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS methods. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 hours. USDT withdrawals are subject to current network gas fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will not be processed if any of the following conditions apply:

• Your account has active unmet wagering requirements associated with a bonus balance.
• Your account is currently under a security review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification hold.
• Your account has been flagged for a potential Terms violation pending investigation.
• The requested withdrawal amount is below the applicable minimum threshold.
• The withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering calculations.

4.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20) are processed based on the wallet address provided by the player at the time of withdrawal. 777je accepts no responsibility for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the player. All crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. 777je strongly recommends double-checking all wallet addresses before confirming a crypto withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777je offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time of activation, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions in Section 4.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or any coordinated activity intended to manipulate the bonus system — is strictly prohibited. 777je reserves the right to void bonus balances, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as stated on each promotion. Once expired, bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance. 777je is not obligated to notify players of impending bonus expiry.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

777je reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated on the platform. No compensation will be offered for the withdrawal of a promotion that a player has not yet activated.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 777je platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using forged identity documents at any stage of registration or verification.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live casino games, or any multiplayer format.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting odds differentials between 777je and other platforms, or using coordinated accounts to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. 777je reserves the right to void all bets placed in connection with a known error.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777je platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 777je cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, hack, overload, or compromise the security of the 777je platform, its infrastructure, or any third-party provider's systems.
• Harmful Content: Uploading, transmitting, or disseminating any abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content via any communication channel provided by 777je.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities without notice.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777je platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, graphics, text, data, game content, and multimedia — is the intellectual property of 777je or its licensed third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 777je.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the 777je brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 777je intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

777je reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be designated as dormant.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777je support at [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming settings in your account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened under any circumstances. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777je will send a notification email to the address on file before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in our current fee schedule. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be preserved and returned upon verified account reactivation.
